“China – Kyrgyzstan – Uzbekistan.” Another agreement has been signed on the railway project that will connect these three countries, bypassing Russia. Why is this project, called the construction of the century, important for Kyrgyzstan? How will the Kyrgyz government finance and build it? What is Russia’s stance on this project?
