Lecture to students of the Almaty Management University on March 2025.
On 18 March 2025, I delivered an online lecture to students of the Almaty Management University in Kazakhstan. It was a unique chance to discuss central historical and political aspects of China’s relations with Central Asia and their role in shaping Sino-Central Asia relations.
I thank Dr Azhar Serikkaliyeva for the invitation and the students for their engagement and very interesting perspectives and questions.
