Joined the co-convenor team of BISA’s East Europe and Eurasia working group

Next year’s BISA conference (Brighton, 3-5 June 2026) will be my first as co-convener of a working group. I just joined the team of the East Europe and Eurasia (EEES) working group, which hosts all the Russia, East Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia-related research at BISA.

Thank you to the other co-conveners for thinking of me!

I invite all colleagues, particularly those working on Central Asia and Caucasus to send their abstracts to EEES. We accept papers, panels, and roundtables. Dm for more info.

For other colleagues, as always you’ll find me gallivanting between EEES panels and political economy panels organised by BISA IPEG.
